Frank Kuska

Frank Kuska, U.S. Air Force Colonel (Retired) is a Vice President at WWC Global.

He oversees their operations and support business line, including the U.S. Special Operations and U.S. Air Force contracts.

He brought more than thirty years of military and corporate experience at the national and international level to WWC Global. He has expertise in programming and budgeting, aviation and international affairs, while leading staff and clients in diverse engagements and special operations.

Prior to WWC Global, Frank managed numerous global programs for private industries, as both a senior program manager and vice president of operations.

Frank served in the U.S. Air Force for more than 25 years as a master navigator and joint specialty officer, where he oversaw assignments in U.S. Special Operations. He also flew combat missions in Desert Storm, Bosnia, Somalia, and commanded AC-130s during the surge of Fallujah. Frank led NATO force protection teams throughout Afghanistan, assessing NATO infrastructure that released over $25 million of NATO construction funds in Kandahar and Kabul.

His academic accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the Illinois Institute of Technology plus two master’s degrees in International Relations from Troy State and Strategic Studies from Air University. He obtained his Program Management Professional certification (PMP) in 2013.
