Kaitlin Gentile

Kaitlin Gentile is the Director of People Compliance, as well as the Facility Security Officer, at WWC Global.

She manages WWC Global’s security department and oversees the hiring, onboarding, and compliance actions associated with human resources and staffing. She originally began at WWC Global as a client-facing analyst in Sicily, Italy, then transferred to the headquarters team.

Prior to joining WWC Global, Kaitlin worked in advertising and marketing for several non-profit organizations.

She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and her master’s degree from Liberty University.
