Phil Neamonitis

Phil Neamonitis is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Operations Specialist at WWE since October 2019, where responsibilities include supporting the integration and functionality of HR processes within the Workday system and fostering relationships to drive HR improvements. Previously, Phil held roles as a Recruiting Specialist and Recruiting Coordinator at WWE, assisting in talent acquisition efforts for senior executive positions and providing administrative support to the recruitment team. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Roger Williams University, a food service position at Anna D's Cafe, and event support roles at Mount Hope Farm. Phil is also the founder of Turf Tamers, a local landscaping business. Phil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Roger Williams University.
