Currently serving as Vice President - Global Sales, Product Strategy and Marketing at WERMA since November 2018, Ralf is a board member and managing director responsible for global sales and the implementation of sales strategies. Prior to this role, Ralf held various positions at OMRON Electronics GmbH, where responsibilities included managing sales teams, developing regional strategies, and transforming sales organizations. Ralf’s earlier career included significant roles at Omron Europe B.V. and Alcatel-Lucent, focusing on product management, marketing strategies, and business development. With expertise in market strategy, budget management, and organizational transformation, Ralf has consistently driven growth and innovation across diverse operational landscapes.
