David Philipbar

David Philipbar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance within various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Risk at WWEX Group since January 2020, David has also held significant roles at GlobalTranz, including Director of Contracts & Compliance and Senior Contract Manager. Prior experience includes a position in Financial Crime Compliance at Goldman Sachs and serving as Corporate Risk Manager at Apex Logistics Group. David began professional endeavors as a Research Assistant at J. Reuben Clark Law School. Academically, David holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Government (Legal Studies) from Brigham Young University, completed between 2012 and 2015.
