Moncini Hinay is an experienced Project Manager with a significant tenure at WWF-Philippines from December 2010 to the present, leading various sustainable food systems initiatives, including the Foodshed Farming Enterprise and the AgriClima Project. Hinay has a strong focus on climate change impacts and sustainable agriculture, also implementing innovative financing solutions for agriculture and water sectors. As a co-founder of Kids Who Farm Sustainable Food Systems Inc. since February 2019, Hinay advocates for youth and women's education in food and farming. Previous roles include loans specialist at UCPB-CIIF Finance and Development Corp. and program coordinator at MASICAP MSME Development Foundation, with earlier experience as a financial analyst. Moncini Hinay holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Business Management, from Father Saturnino Urios University.
