Romer Imperial has a solid background in community engagement and conservation, currently serving as a Community Coordinator at WWF-Philippines since April 2022. Prior to this role, Romer worked as a Community Organizer/Field Coordinator at the Center for Conservation Innovation Ph from April 2018 to April 2022 and held a position as Tourism Staff with the Local Government Unit of Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro from 2015 to May 2018. Romer holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and Community Development from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
