Dirk Fassott

Dirk Fassott, born on October 21, 1965 in Bad Godesberg, studied business administration at the vocational academy in Stuttgart, graduating with a degree in business administration (BA). He then started in 1991 at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG and a predecessor company in auditing and tax consulting. After successfully completing the respective exams, he was appointed tax consultant in 1996 and auditor in 1999. From July 2003, Mr. Fassott was responsible for auditing insurance companies as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG. In this role, he looked after both national and international insurers. Special areas were and are national and international accounting. He also deals with tax issues and company pension schemes.

In July 2005, Dirk Fassott came to WWK and, as Head of Accounting, took over responsibility for accounting, bookkeeping, the capital investments back office, payment transactions and income taxes for the companies in the WWK Group.

On August 1st, 2006, Dirk Fassott was appointed Managing Director of WWK Vermögensverwaltungs und Dienstleistungs GmbH.

With effect from March 1, 2007, Dirk Fassott was appointed to the Management Board of WWK Pensionsfonds AG and headed the areas of finance and accounting, law, human resources, marketing and sales.

Dirk Fassott has been a member of the board of directors of WWK Lebensversicherung a. G. and WWK Allgemeine Versicherung AG. He relinquished his previous functions when he became a member of the Board of Management.
