Rainer Gebhart

Rainer Gebhart, born on April 30, 1961 in Erding, studied economics at the University of Siegen from 1982 after training as an insurance salesman at Allianz AG. He completed his studies in 1987 with a degree in business administration. From 1987 to 1989, Rainer Gebhart worked for Bayerische Vereinsbank AG in the central department for private customers, group sales channels.

In 1989 he was hired as an assistant to the board at WWK Versicherungen. At the beginning of 1993, Rainer Gebhart took over the management of the Nuremberg division as part of the sales department. In 1994 he was given general power of attorney for WWK Mutual Life Insurance and WWK Allgemeine Versicherung AG as well as general power of attorney for the management of WWK's own field service.

On July 1, 1995, Rainer Gebhart was appointed deputy board member of WWK Mutual Life Insurance and WWK Allgemeine Versicherung AG. On January 1, 1997, he was appointed full board member of both companies. Since January 1, 2013, Rainer Gebhart has been Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management of WWK Mutual Life Insurance and WWK Allgemeine Versicherung AG.
