Amla Sanghvi

Amla Sanghvi is an experienced photo editor currently working at W. W. Norton & Company, Inc. since February 2020, specializing in College Text print and digital books. Previous roles include serving as a Photo Research and Permission Specialist at Scholastic Corporation for 18 years and holding freelance positions for various publishing houses. Amla has also contributed to the culinary field as a cooking instructor at Bread and Yoga and Wave Hill. Additional experience includes horticultural roles at Battery Park City Authority, Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, New York Botanical Garden, and garden internships. Amla holds a Master’s Degree in Photography from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Elphinstone College, among other certifications.
