Rubina Yeh

Rubina Yeh has a strong background in design, specifically in book publishing. Rubina began their career as a Graphic Designer at Guilford Press in 1993 and worked there until 1995. Rubina then moved on to HarperCollins Publishers, where they served as a Senior Designer from 1995 to 1996, responsible for designing covers and interiors of college textbooks and managing art programs. Rubina then joined Pearson North America as a Design Manager from 1996 to 2000, overseeing cover and interior design projects, managing freelancers and suppliers, and maintaining schedules and budgets. After that, Rubina joined W. W. Norton and Company, where they held various roles, including Associate Art Director from 2000 to 2002, Art Director from 2002 to 2009, and Vice President, Design Director from 2009. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing the design of numerous print titles and e-books across various subjects, as well as hiring, supervising, and evaluating staff. Rubina also collaborated with editorial and marketing teams to develop and execute book packages, including covers and complex page layouts.

Rubina Yeh pursued their education from 1986 to 1990 at the University of Michigan, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. Following this, in 1990, they attended Columbia University, although the specific degree and field of study pursued at that time are unknown.
