Tricia Caruso

Tricia Caruso is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast at W. W. Norton & Company, Inc. since July 2021. Previously, Tricia held various leadership roles at Cengage Learning, including Director of Sales and Director of Sales Talent Development, where responsibilities included collaborating with sales teams to implement best practices and develop talent. Tricia’s career in education sales began at Thomson Learning as a Social Science Sales Representative and continued with a role as District Manager at Pearson Education, focusing on innovative learning solutions.
