Chad Crosby

Mr. Crosby is Vice President and Head of Tax at AE Industrial and is responsible for overseeing all tax aspects for the firm’s investment funds and management company. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2023, Mr. Crosby worked fourteen years at Sun Capital Partners as Vice President of Tax. Mr. Crosby started his career at Arthur Andersen, LLP and Deloitte, LLP in Atlanta, GA and he is a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive).
