Charlie Short

Mr. Short is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Formation at AE Industrial and is primarily focused on capital raising for all the firm’s investment strategies. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2022, Mr. Short was a Managing Director at Marathon Asset Management where he was responsible for fundraising and investor relations activities in North America. Prior to Marathon, Mr. Short served as a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets, and was previously Managing Director at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Vice President at both Lehman Brothers and Citibank with particular focus on the distribution of high yield bonds, leverage loans and synthetic products.
