Roger Blanton has a diverse work experience in branding, design, and marketing. Roger is the co-founder and brand manager of WXNA-LPFM, an independent radio station in Nashville. Roger also has their own design business called Roger Blanton Design, where they specialize in print and web art direction and design for entertainment and healthcare industries. Roger has worked with HCA Healthcare and created print campaigns and social posts for their facilities. Additionally, Roger has experience as a lead designer at Gaylord Entertainment Company, where they played a key role in launching the highly successful Ole Red Nashville honky-tonk. Roger expanded the Ole Red brand to four locations across the Southeast. Roger has also worked as a branding manager for Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint and as a senior graphic designer at Vanderbilt University, where they achieved significant success in increasing hand washing compliance and designing materials for mass vaccination drills.

Roger Blanton attended East Tennessee State University from 1994 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design.
