Ben Straus

Ben Straus is a Partner at Wyatt, Tarrant and Combs, LLP, where since July 2012, responsibilities have included representing out-of-state lenders in Kentucky commercial mortgage reviews, preparing real estate deeds, and negotiating commercial loan documents and leases. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Tilford Dobbins Alexander, PLLC, from October 2009 to June 2012, where activities involved commercial litigation, real estate contract drafting, regulatory compliance advisement, and circuit court motion arguments. Ben Straus earned a J.D. from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and a B.A. from Miami University.
