Joshua Lonon

Joshua Lonon is an experienced attorney specializing in real estate law and acquisitions, currently serving as an Attorney/Member at Wyche, P.A. since June 2017. Joshua holds leadership roles as Partner and Chair of the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group and Co-Chair of the Economic Development Group. Prior experience includes positions as an Attorney at Johnson, Smith, Hibbard & Wildman from February 2014 to June 2017, and as an Attorney/Partner at Lawrence, Lonon & Rudasill from October 2007 to February 2014. Joshua has also worked as State Counsel for Investors Title Company and Affiliates and as an Associate Attorney at Callison Tighe & Robinson, LLC. Joshua earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina.
