Franco Morelli is a highly experienced Senior Commissioning Engineer and Senior Commissioning Manager with a strong background in energy efficiency and system optimization. Currently at Wylie Engineering and Pennington and Associates Commissioning, Franco leads commissioning coordination meetings and oversees functional performance tests. Previous roles include significant contributions at McKinstry, where Franco improved energy efficiency through retro commissioning and energy audits, and at Rice & Gardner Consultants, Inc., managing the commissioning department. Franco's experience also encompasses project management at Jacobs and energy engineering at ICF, with a focus on load calculations and energy analysis for utility programs. Franco holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
