Justin De Man is a Process Engineer with a strong background in chemical engineering and extensive experience across various industrial sectors. Currently employed at Primero Group since December 2022, Justin has worked on significant projects including the KCGM Growth Project with Northern Star Resources and commissioning for LYNAS's Kalgoorlie Rare Earth Processing Facility. Prior to this, experience at Glencore Australia involved operations at the Murrin Murrin Nickel-Cobalt Processing Plant. At Brickworks Building Products, Justin progressed from Graduate Engineer to Process Engineer, overseeing production and projects across multiple plants. Justin holds a Bachelor of Engineering Honours in Chemical Engineering from Edith Cowan University and completed a Study Tour in Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Jinan.
