Andrew Overweg has a diverse range of work experience, starting with Innotec where they worked as a Production Intern, overseeing daily production schedules. Andrew then joined Firth Rixson, initially as part of their Leadership Development Program, taking on roles such as Senior Production Planner, managing a ship plan based on customer backlog, and planning shipments worth over $225M per year. Andrew then joined Mattco Forge as the Director of Operations, responsible for day-to-day operations and managing a team of employees and managers. Currently, Andrew is serving as the Director of Operations at Wyman Gordon, where they are responsible for plant operations, including various departments and projects. Andrew has also played a key role in managing labor during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Andrew Overweg earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hope College in 2008. In 2018, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on International Business and Supply Chain Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
