Shawn Allen

Shawn Allen has worked as a Big Sandy Bureau Chief/ Investigative Reporter at WYMT since April 2018. Prior to that, they were a Multimedia Journalist for East Kentucky Broadcasting starting from September 2015. shawn also served as a Peer Support Specialist at Mountain Comprehensive Care from March 2015 to September 2015.

Shawn Allen's education history includes attending three different institutions. In 2012, they enrolled at Big Sandy Community and Technical College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Human Services, General. shawn successfully completed their degree in 2014.
