Andrew Popov

Andrew Popov is a software engineer with extensive experience in developing software solutions across various companies. Since April 2023, Andrew has been working as a software engineer at Hidden Startup. Prior to this role, Andrew was employed at Yandex from August 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included developing a service for analyzing real-time signals from navigators to predict travel times and traffic conditions. Andrew also worked at Balance-Platform between August 2017 and August 2019, leading a team of Python developers to create a mortgage application decision-making service from scratch. Earlier experiences at Yandex from November 2015 to June 2017 included improving a web crawling service as a junior software developer and enhancing an A/B testing service as a software development intern. Andrew holds a master's degree in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU).
