Prior to this role, Alan was a Premium Guest Service Representative for the Orlando Magic NBA Team from 2018 to 2020, and worked in various capacities including Outside Services at Eastwood Golf Club, Bellman at Rosen Shingle Creek, and Team Leader at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from 2013 to 2016. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida, completed between 2015 and 2019.
