Bruce Harkness

Bruce Harkness has extensive experience in human resources and customer experience roles in the hospitality industry. Bruce served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Customer Experience, and Internal Communications at Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific, where they oversaw teams in multiple countries and hotels and resorts. Prior to that, they were the HR Director at TFE Hotels, responsible for strategic human capital solutions. Bruce also held VP positions at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and Kempinski, focusing on talent development and HR transformation. Bruce started their career at AHS Hospitality, where they established the HR function and supported the company's growth. Bruce has a strong background in learning and development and has implemented various HR programs and initiatives throughout their career.

Bruce Harkness pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management at Edith Cowan University from 1992 to 1994. Bruce later completed a Master of Science in Executive coaching at Sheffield Hallam University from 2008 to 2009.
