Jamie Carpenter

Jamie Carpenter, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Senior Director of Corporate Human Resources at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts since May 2012, leading HR initiatives for various corporate teams including Global Sales and Marketing. Previously, Jamie held roles such as Senior Director of Human Resources for North America and Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR for over 200 hotels and providing strategic HR support for a portfolio of managed properties. Early career experiences include HR Specialist and HR Coordinator roles at Wyndham Hotel Management, and guest services at Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte City Center. Jamie holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BS in International Hotel & Tourism Management from Johnson & Wales University.
