Jessica Hong

Jessica Hong is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Greater China since October 2017, while concurrently holding the same position at Wyndham Hotel Group since February 2012. Prior to this, Jessica held the role of Director of Human Resources at Crowne Plaza Lake Malaren Shanghai from April 2008 to December 2011, and served as Personnel Manager at Crowne Plaza Shanghai Pudong from October 2002 to April 2008. Education includes a Master of Arts in International Relations of Economy & Trade from Flinders University, a Bachelor of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law, a Post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management and Development from East China Normal University, and a Diploma in Cooking and Food & Beverage Management from Shanghai Institute of Tourism.
