Jill Buchanan

Jill Buchanan is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in human resources management systems (HRMS), analytics, and payroll. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts since June 2018, Jill leads a team supporting 10,000 employees globally and has successfully executed significant integrations and system deployments. Prior roles at Wyndham Worldwide included Group Vice President and Vice President, where Jill oversaw multiple acquisitions, managed a high-volume employee call center, and deployed various HR systems. Jill's earlier experience includes roles at Empower Solutions and as an Independent Consultant, where Jill developed and implemented payroll systems and training materials. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from Auburn University and is an ABD Doctor of Arts at Tulane University.
