Susan Sousa, CRME, has a strong background in revenue management, with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Since July 2012, Susan has served as the Central Director of Revenue Management at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, contributing to the company’s strategic revenue initiatives. Prior to this role, Susan spent a decade at Marriott International, where responsibilities included Inventory Manager, Sales Manager, and Event Manager, showcasing a diverse skill set in sales and event operations.
