Deanna Pettit-Irestone

Deanna Pettit-Irestone has extensive experience in the marketing and communications field, currently serving as Vice President - Marketing & Communications at Wynn Las Vegas. Prior to this, Deanna worked at Caesars Entertainment Corporation as Director of Public Relations for the Las Vegas Region. Deanna also held the title of Public Relations Manager at Caesars Entertainment. Earlier in their career, Deanna was a Senior Account Executive at PR Plus, where Deanna represented various clients. Deanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Washington.
