Claire Williams

Claire Williams is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and accounting. Currently serving as Company Secretary at Wynnstay Group PLC since September 2023 and previously holding the same title along with Group Financial Controller responsibilities from 2017 to 2021, Claire has demonstrated expertise in financial accounting policy and management. Prior roles include Senior Financial Accountant at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd, Head of Financial Reporting at Cushman & Wakefield, Group Reporting & Financial Control Senior Manager at Homeserve, and various positions at Caterpillar Inc. and Perkins Engines. Claire's foundation in finance was established with an ACA qualification from ICAEW and a degree in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge. Additionally, Claire has enhanced technical skills through HFM training.
