Kathy McCrorie

Kathy McCrorie has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kathy currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Wynright Corporation since November 2019. Prior to this role, they had a long tenure at Fluke Corporation, previously known as Landauer, Inc, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources from October 2006 to November 2019. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of HR administration, payroll, and organizational development, reporting to the President/CEO. Before joining Fluke Corporation, Kathy worked as a consultant at Ralcorp in 2006, where they provided various HR consulting services. Kathy gained significant experience at Parco Foods, where they held multiple positions including Director of Organizational Quality from July 2003 to May 2006 and Director of Human Resources from January 2001 to July 2003. Kathy also served as the Human Resources Manager from June 1998 to January 2001. Kathy began their career at the Museum of Science and Industry, starting as a Training Coordinator in November 1990 and eventually becoming a Training & Recruitment Specialist/Project Manager from April 1995 to May 1998. During their time at the museum, they were responsible for Museum-wide training programs and project management.

Kathy McCrorie completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Governors State University from 1983 to 1985. Later, from 1994 to 1997, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management Practices, also from Governors State University.
