Alan S. Nemeth

Alan S. Nemeth serves as Corporate Counsel and Deal Desk Manager at wynshop since July 2020, having previously held similar roles at Mi9 Retail. As an adjunct professor at both American University Washington College of Law and University of Baltimore School of Law, Alan introduced and developed courses on Animal Law. Additionally, Alan has contributed as a speaker for the National Youth Leadership Forum and founded the Vegan Trade Council. With experience in various legal and managerial roles, including contracts management at Lexmark Enterprise Software, Alan holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law, an MBA from the University of Baltimore, and a BA in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland.
