Anju R.

Anju R. is an experienced Scrum Master and servant leader currently driving feature teams and technical support teams at Wynshop since September 2022, with a strong background in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and implementing agile methodologies. Anju has held various roles in project management, including positions at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and Legato Health Technologies, as well as serving as a Senior Business Consultant and Scrum Master at Allstate. Anju's previous experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at IBM India Private Limited and a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant. Anju holds a Master's degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation, along with additional qualifications in Advanced Intercultural Development, Data Science, and Global Leadership.
