Jason Williams

Jason has over 15 years of financial management and business process improvement experience. In addition to his executive officer role at Mi9 Retail, Jason is also a founding partner of Respida Capital. Prior to joining Respida, Jason served as a Financial Controller for Perceptive Software, a subsidiary of Lexmark International, as part of Lexmark’s acquisition of Brainware, Inc. in 2012. Jason had previously served as a Director of Strategic Projects at Brainware, where he led multiple successful projects to grow revenue and increase profitability. Prior to joining Brainware, Jason held various finance roles with MCI Telecommunications, Hogan & Hartson, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and Design & Production.

Jason received his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Business Management and International Relations from Brigham Young University.
