Heather Tupper

Heather Tupper, EDFP, has extensive experience in various roles focused on economic development and business services. Currently serving as the Southeast Regional Director for the Wyoming Business Council since February 2010, Heather has held multiple positions, including Marketing & Outreach Program Manager and State Energy Office Marketing & Outreach Program Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Representative at the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services and working in the Mineral Tax Division at the Wyoming Department of Revenue. Heather began their career in banking as a Personal Banker at First Interstate Bank from 1998 to 2006. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming, obtained between 1998 and 2002, and is a graduate of Laramie High School.
