Jeff Tugman

Jeff Tugman is a District 2 Safety Specialist at Wyoming Department of Transportation since May 2021. Prior to this, Jeff worked at Cloud Peak Energy for over two decades in various roles such as Senior Production Planner, Production Supervisor, and Production Lead. Jeff has extensive experience operating a wide range of heavy equipment and has a background in overseeing production crews to ensure safe and efficient operations. Jeff attended Laramie County Community College and Cheyenne East High School for their education.
