Randy Olson, Ph.D., is a seasoned expert in AI and data science with extensive experience across various roles in technology and academia. Currently, as Co-Founder of Wyrd Studios, Randy focuses on developing privacy-first AI applications and human-centered design strategies. In addition, Randy leads RO Consulting, providing strategic guidance on data science and AI solutions. Previous positions include Head of AI Strategy at AE Studio, Chief Data Scientist at FOXO Technologies, and Senior Data Scientist roles at Absci and the University of Pennsylvania. Randy holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering and Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, and Behavior from Michigan State University and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida.
