Philip Cauwel

Philip Cauwel currently serves as the Head of Technology & Strategy at Wyre since July 2023. Prior to this role, Philip was the Fiber-to-the-Home (FttH) project leader at Fluvius, overseeing a pilot project to deploy an open access FttH network in five Flemish cities. Philip's experience includes a significant tenure at Eandis, where responsibilities included marketing a dark fiber network and serving as a Senior Business Process Analyst in both Regulation & Strategy and Asset Management domains. Philip's career began at Belgacom, rising through various roles such as Senior Project Manager, Products & Services Testing Line Manager, and Program Manager, ultimately leading to expertise in technical specifications and vendor negotiations as a Telecom Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Middle Management Programme from Vlerick Business School and a Master in Electronics Engineering from Ghent University.
