Stephen J. Perry

Attorney at Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton

Stephen is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Practice Group and focuses his practice on the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of real property across a wide variety of asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, laboratory and solar.

Stephen received his Bachelor of Arts in political science from UNC Chapel Hill. He received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law with High Honors, and is a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, Stephen served as a staff member of the North Carolina Law Review.

Before joining the firm, Stephen practiced in the Raleigh office of a large international law firm and served as judicial intern for the Honorable Malcolm J. Howard in the Eastern District of North Carolina.
