Ashok Venugopal

Ashok Venugopal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ashok began their career at Infosys Technologies as a Programmer Analyst, where they achieved promotion and initiated the process to get the project certified under CMMI level 5. Ashok then moved on to Effigent India Pvt Ltd as a Team Lead, where they proved the effectiveness of offshore solutions and motivated their team during difficult times. Next, they worked at Multitask Consulting as a Programmer Analyst, utilizing front-end and back-end technologies. At Taranis Software Pty Ltd, they served as a Business Analyst, engaging with automobile manufacturers and managing an agile environment. As a Product Manager at WhiteSky Labs, they oversaw operations, product management, and new product development, implementing business processes that saved significant time and generated deals. At Microsoft, they worked as a Senior Program Manager. Ashok then embarked on their entrepreneurial journey, establishing Sash, where they focused on human performance management and successfully managed nutrition and fashion ventures. Currently, they hold the position of Product Director at Wysa.

Ashok Venugopal completed their education with a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the Amrita Institute of Technology between the years 2000 and 2004. In 2011, they attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for an Executive Education program focused on Design Thinking. Later, in 2013 and 2014, they pursued an Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
