Divyansh Kaushal

Divyansh Kaushal is a Human Resources professional with experience in various roles, currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at Wysa since December 2023, responsible for end-to-end recruitment of over 30 tech and non-tech professionals. Prior to this, Divyansh was a Junior Human Resources Associate at Recro, where collaboration among HR, Sales, RMG, and TA teams was enhanced. Earlier roles include internships at Organicana and Lotus Electronics, where Divyansh focused on developing training modules and facilitating Learning and Development initiatives. Divyansh holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Foreign Trade from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
