Robb C. has an extensive work experience. Robb began working at IBM in 2008, where they held the roles of Project Delivery Manager, Client Management Operations Centre, Client Advocate, and Information Technology Team Lead. As Project Delivery Manager, they were responsible for the delivery of new contracts and offerings, and implemented support for multiple product lines. Robb also created Documents of Understanding (DOU) and Statements of Work (SOW) to clarify and define workflow and responsibilities. In addition, they designed new offerings based on customer requirements, provided financial forecasting, and managed multiple groups for implementation and delivery schedules. In 2022, they began working at Wysdom.AI as a Conversational AI Program Manager.
