Eliot Wood is a Sales Director and Co-Founder at WYSPR. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Executive at TransPerfect from June 2017 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for onboarding, testing, refining, and growing key, process orientated client accounts in new and existing verticals through tailor-made programs and relationship-building. Eliot also co-managed 3 main accounts, with the largest grossing $30 million per year.
Eliot has a proven track record in delivering translation projects from start to finish, including project consultancy, quoting costs and timelines, troubleshooting, client revisions, delivery and invoicing. Eliot has personally handled 15 new projects per day and $200-300K revenue per month pro-rata.
As the central POC for clients, internal production staff, and program management that are all based around the world, Eliot has successfully maintained relationships as if they were in the same room. Eliot has also tracked and reported account trends; turning performance data into actions to meet quarterly growth goals. Furthermore, they have handled escalations & at-risk projects, ensuring that mistakes were only made once by driving process changes and improvements.
Eliot Wood is a business management and marketing student at the University of Essex. Eliot is currently in their third year of studies, and will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree.
