Brandon Ward

Brandon Ward has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Planning and Manufacturing Manager at Wytech Industries since October 2016. In these roles, Brandon has led the implementation of Lean methodologies and a major facility restructuring toward cellular manufacturing, enhancing value stream efficiency and supporting proactive problem-solving within the operations team. Previous roles include Manufacturing Supervisor at Wytech Industries, Process Coordinator at Stanadyne LLC, Quality Supervisor at Henderson Floor Care & Cleaning, and Outbound Supervisor and Line-Haul Dispatcher at Southeastern Freight Lines. Brandon holds a Master of Science in Lean Manufacturing and a certificate in Operations Management from Kettering University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Literary Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and an Associate’s Degree in Education from Coastal Carolina Community College.
