Qinshu Yang

Qinshu Yang is a Supply Chain Operations Specialist at Wyze since January 2024, with prior experience as a Manufacturing Co-op at McCain Foods, where leadership skills were developed by managing a team of over five members. At Alaska Airlines, Qinshu implemented Lean Six Sigma tools to enhance cargo invoice processing efficiency, achieving a 62% reduction in processing time. Previous roles include serving as a Customer Service Agent at Agricultural Bank of China, providing superior customer service and processing various transactions, and interning in business analysis at Evereden, where data visualization techniques were employed for future store openings. A summer internship at Baker Hughes led to a successful initiative that reduced material collecting process errors. Qinshu holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from the UW Foster School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Shanghai University of Electric Power.
