Steve McIrvin has an extensive work experience history. Steve currently serves as the VP of Product and Customer Satisfaction at Wyze, where they lead the hardware product management teams. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon in various roles such as Amazon Advertising and Sr. Product Marketing Manager. Steve was also the Director of Marketing And Product Management at Dusk Mountain Media Group, where they managed a team of 15 product marketers and managers. Steve co-founded LaunchWorks E-Commerce Partners, a full-service e-commerce agency, and CopterShop.com, a leading drone retailer, where they achieved successful exits. Steve also served as a Member of the Board of Industry Leaders at Consumer Technology Association. Steve took a sabbatical in 2017 to refresh their skills and enjoy time with their family. Earlier in their career, Steve had an MBA internship at Amazon and worked as a Senior Product Manager.

Steve McIrvin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Steve later attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing. Steve McIrvin also holds several additional certifications, including the Smartsheet Certified User certification from Smartsheet, the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance, the Inbound certification from HubSpot, and the Part 107 Remote Pilot (sUAS) certification from the Federal Aviation Administration. Steve also obtained certifications such as CISSP, Cisco CCNA, Cisco CCNP, Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy, Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft MCDBA and Microsoft MCSE from Microsoft.
