Austin Yao

Austin Yao is an experienced architectural professional currently serving as a Project Coordinator and Intern Architect at WZMH Architects since June 2022. Previously, Austin held roles as Project Coordinator and Architectural Technologist at Corbin Patten Designs from September 2020 to July 2024, as well as in similar capacities at WZMH Architects and SRP Architects Inc. with a focus on project management, client advisement, and the production of architectural drawings. Austin's early career includes experience as a Junior Architectural Technologist at Vanle Architect Inc., and skills in graphic design developed as the Graphics Editor for The Charlatan. Austin holds a Master of Architecture from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Architecture Studies from the same institution, along with proficiency in various design software and techniques.
