Ciada Magistris

Ciada Magistris currently serves as the People & Culture Manager at X-BIONIC® since September 2022. Prior to this role, Ciada accumulated significant experience in human resources, holding the position of HR Manager at EBP from February 2019 to September 2022. Ciada's career began at Stadt Zürich as an HR Process Owner for New Joiners and HR Assistant from August 2016 to January 2019, followed by a role as a Research Associate at Nellen & Partner AG from September 2015 to July 2016. Ciada also worked as a Financial Customer Consultant at Swisscom from October 2011 to August 2015. Academic credentials include a CAS in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, a Bachelor of Arts in General Management from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, a certification as an HR Assistant from the Network for Business Development, and foundational education from KV Zürich Business School.
