Naser Rahman

Naser Rahman is an experienced program manager currently employed at X-Bolt Orthopedics since April 2024. Prior to this position, Naser served as a staff engineer at Stryker from July 2021 to April 2024, and held various engineering roles including development engineer at Tyber Medical, LLC, associate product development engineer at Paragon 28, and product development engineer at Spinal Elements. Naser has expertise in developing and implementing product labeling systems to meet ISO standards and ensuring traceability of medical devices, as well as executing test protocols for the integrity testing of sterile packaged products in compliance with ASTM, ISO, and ISTA standards. Naser earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in May 2016.
