David Cate

David Cate is an experienced propellant engineer currently working at X-Bow Systems Inc. since March 2019. Previously, David held the position of Engineering Specialist at Aerojet Rocketdyne from July 2018 to March 2019, where responsibilities included formulating solid rocket fuels for contracts in Japan. David also spent over 35 years at Aerojet Rocketdyne as Chemistry Manager in research and development, leading a team dedicated to the development and testing of solid rocket propellants and components for rocket engines. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 1975 and 1979.
